Firewall Studio (“Firewall Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game Endless Escape 8RBIT, identified on Android by the package name com.firewallgame.endless (“the Game”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Game, why it is processed, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

1. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device so that your progress and preferences can be remembered. This information may include:

Level and chapter progress
Completed levels and boss stages
In-game currency and unlocked cosmetic items
Selected skins
Story progress
Achievements and gameplay records
Language selection
Music, sound, vibration, theme, minimap, and zoom preferences
Daily streak information
Tutorial completion status

This gameplay information is stored locally on your device. Firewall Studio does not currently operate an account system for the Game and does not upload this locally stored save data to Firewall Studio servers.

You can delete locally stored gameplay information by clearing the Game’s application data through your device settings or by uninstalling the Game.

2. Advertising and Automatically Processed Information

The Android version of the Game uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display:

Optional rewarded advertisements that provide in-game rewards
Interstitial advertisements that may appear after gameplay has ended

The Game does not intentionally display interstitial advertisements during active puzzle gameplay.

When advertisements are loaded or displayed, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as:

Your device’s Internet Protocol address, which may be used to estimate general location
Advertising identifiers, app set identifiers, and other device identifiers
Information about advertisements displayed or viewed
App launches, taps, video views, and other interactions with the Game or advertisements
Device and operating system information
Diagnostic and performance information, such as startup time, crashes, application responsiveness, and energy usage
Information used to detect fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity

Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, measurement, service operation, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your location, age eligibility, consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.

The Game does not currently require you to create an account or directly provide your:

Telephone number
Postal address
Payment information
Contacts
Precise location
Photos or media
Camera data
Microphone recordings

The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location for its normal gameplay features.

If you contact Firewall Studio by email, we will receive the email address and information you voluntarily provide in your message.

Firewall Studio does not sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, Firewall Studio, or the public from harm.

If the Game introduces additional third-party services in the future, this Privacy Policy and the relevant app-store disclosures will be updated accordingly.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Gameplay progress and preferences stored locally remain on your device until:

You clear the Game’s application data
You uninstall the Game
The Game replaces or resets its local save data

Firewall Studio does not currently maintain server-hosted player accounts or a server-side copy of your gameplay save file.

Information processed independently by Google is retained according to Google’s own policies and legal obligations. You may manage or delete certain advertising information through your Google account and Android device privacy settings.

If you contact us by email, we may retain the communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with the Game.

Locally stored gameplay data remains within the Game’s application storage on your device. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using industry-standard transport encryption.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Endless Escape 8RBIT is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly request or directly collect personal information from children through a Firewall Studio account system.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to Firewall Studio, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

Disabling or resetting an advertising identifier does not necessarily prevent advertisements from being shown, but it may affect how advertisements are selected or measured.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its third-party services, legal requirements, or our data practices change.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the Game or its store listing where appropriate.
